Round Up ~ You Bet! But There's More...

Round Up is all you need to say out West, and everyone knows you are talking about Pendleton.  There is so much happening the week of September 12th for the entire family at the Pendleton Round Up, that if ya don't have a 'Let'r Buck' good time, you simply were not here!

Soul Music at Calderas

Art in the Museum
Moro, Oregon....A perfect stop on your way to or from Round Up is the Sherman County Historic Museum in Moro.  A short drive off I-84 on Hwy. 97, this award-winning center has something of interest to all ages.  This month,  the Sherman County Historical Museum showcases photography by Lowell Smith of Grass Valley, When the Road Ends. An avid hiker and outdoorsman, his camera captures small things others might miss, and he presents his photographs in recycled window frames.  Visitors are encouraged to make it a day trip, have lunch at the Lean To Café in Wasco, the Moro Café and Bakery in Moro, Bob’s Texas T-Bone in Rufus or the Grass Valley Country Market in Grass Valley… or order your lunch to enjoy at the Moro City Park next to the History Wall. After Round Up ~ How About Yogo?
Pendleton, Oregon...The third annual Yoga Round-Up will be taking place September 29th – October 2nd at the Pendleton Convention Center in Pendleton, Oregon.  The three Day Yoga festival has a full agenda of Yoga presenters who will be teaching Hatha, Raja, Vinyasa, Pranayama, and Nia dance will be offered as well. The event will have Massage and healing arts on site in addition to vendors. There are still vendor spaces available for the event. Presenters will be coming the Eastern Oregon from New York, Texas, Phoenix and Oregon.
